Hello, if you need to reset your password for Sabrhub Context, follow these simple steps:

1. Visit the Password Reset Page

   • Go to this link: Password Reset Page (https://context-sms.sabrhub.com/forget-password)

2. Enter Your Email

   • Once on the Password Reset Page, enter your registered email address.

3. Request Password Reset

   • Click on the "Send Password Reset Email" button.

4. Check Your Email

   • You will receive an email from Support containing a 6-digit code. Please check your inbox and find this email.

   

5. Enter the 6-Digit Code

   • Return to the Password Reset Page and enter the 6-digit code from the email.

6. Set a New Password

   • Create a new password that meets the following criteria:
     • At least 8 characters long.
     • Contains at least 1 uppercase letter.
     • Contains at least 1 lowercase letter.
     • Includes at least 1 number.
     • Contains at least 1 special character.

7. Change Password

   • After entering the 6-digit code and setting your new password, click on the "Change Password" button.

8. Login with Your New Password

   • Now, you can go back to the Webex Portal (https://context-webex.sabrhub.com/) and log in using your newly updated password.
